Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Five (5) years of combined HR/Finance experience
Excel use (intermediate +)
Data analysis and financial modeling experience
Understanding of benefits and compensation plans
Exposure to M&A
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to navigate deal scope and liaise with leaders
