Job Summary

  • The Cluster Sales Manager will lead all sales activities for the hotel, achieving and maximizing rooms revenue and profit targets, and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of Aman Tokyo, Amanemu, and Janu Tokyo.
  • Responsibilities include generating revenues, establishing new accounts, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, monitoring booking pace, and booking repeat business while keeping quality of service consistently high.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality
  • Experience managing multiple properties or clusters is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
  • Strong sales strategy, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
