Key Requirements
Based in the North Bay
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of field-based sales experience
Proficiency with Salesforce
Valid driver's license
Strong public speaking skills
Comfortable with cold outreach
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to work independently
Experience in senior living or healthcare sales is strongly preferred
Familiarity with healthcare regulations is preferred
Experience with value-based care models is preferred
