Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Completion of approved apprenticeship program
  • High school diploma with 2 years experience
  • Valid class E driver's license required
  • Ability to perform basic trade repairs
  • Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in educational or institutional settings
  • Strong customer service communication skills
  • Familiarity with work order management systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs

Key Requirements

  • Approved apprenticeship program completion OR high school diploma plus 2 years relevant experience
  • Valid Class E driver's license
  • Passing physical health assessment exam
  • Participation in respiratory training if required
