The role serves as the primary cost-side bridge between finance, portfolio management, and operating company controls for a major infrastructure portfolio.
Candidates will be responsible for defining cost management guidelines, validating estimates against AACE accuracy bands, and providing independent assurance to the Portfolio Governance Committee.
This position requires owning the investment cashflow profile, consolidating forecasts, and ensuring every project investment is traceable to an approved benefit.
