Maintain an awareness of business operations to help influence stakeholders to explore technology enhancements related to risk and fraud.
Drive security enhancements by partnering with stakeholders across business units and educate stakeholders of the risks of not making fraud enhancements.
Provide non-traditional risk monitoring and investigative services, including off hours support as needed, and help business stakeholders make informed decisions regarding prioritization of risk enhancements.
