Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Engineering degree
Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes
Proven leadership of engineering teams
Experience with facility redesign or new product introduction
Knowledge of CAD CAM CAPP MES SAP systems
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Rolls-Royce Production System RRPS
Experience with DMAIC continuous improvement methodologies
Japanese language capability
Supplier technical assurance experience in aerospace
Ability to build stakeholder relationships
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
