This role involves maintaining policies and procedures, managing internal and external communications, liaising with families and community leaders, and supporting emergency public relations efforts.
The Director of Marketing is responsible for supervising staff, preparing budgets, participating in committees, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations while fostering a positive and calm facility environment.
