Job Summary
Serve as consultant and technical expert in support of the Bank's retirement program including pension and retiree health benefits.
Provide quality control for pension and retiree health administration work product, including work produced by outside administrators and system generated calculation results.
Prepare analyses and presentations to assist management in decision making relative to benefit plan design and operation.

Salary
Base: $95,000 - $118,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, educational assistance and training programs, income replacement for qualified employees with disabilities, paid maternity and parental bonding leave, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays
