Develop Centrum & Oral brand and shopper strategies, creating detailed annual OP business plans and quarterly brand-shopper activation plans, and deploying the plans to channel TMK and field sales force.
Based on category knowledge, channel and shopper insight, RTM strategy, develop Centrum and Oral offline channel strategy.
Responsible for category E2E business cycle such as annual target setting (31 plan&OP), monthly forecasting (Pre DRM) and quarterly cycle meeting.
