Job Summary

  • Develop Centrum & Oral brand and shopper strategies, creating detailed annual OP business plans and quarterly brand-shopper activation plans, and deploying the plans to channel TMK and field sales force.
  • Based on category knowledge, channel and shopper insight, RTM strategy, develop Centrum and Oral offline channel strategy.
  • Responsible for category E2E business cycle such as annual target setting (31 plan&OP), monthly forecasting (Pre DRM) and quarterly cycle meeting.
