The Field IT Support candidate will focus their day to day by providing support to our clients and the wider Ticketmaster and Livenation business either remotely or in person.
The Field IT Support team will often work in the pressurised but enjoyable environment of festivals and outdoor events installing a wide range of hardware and software solutions that provides fans with a seamless and enjoyable experience attending Live events.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ticketmaster proprietary software and hardware
Network devices including Wireless Access Points
Diagnosing and remediation of issues
On-site end user training
Valid clean driving licence
Nice-to-have
Customer-centric and technically focused
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail oriented and organised
Dynamic to meet changing needs
Key Requirements
Six to twelve months of technology industry experience
Knowledge of Microsoft, Apple, and mobile device applications
Basic experience with networking technologies
Ability to travel required
May be required to work nights, weekends, or holidays
