You will collaborate closely with clinical and IT stakeholders, shaping curricula that align with organizational goals while directly supervising a team of licensed and unlicensed educators.

Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Education, Health-related, Analytical fields or similar
Five (5) years of experience in instructional design, educational outcomes assessment, or education technology and/or Learning Management System administrator experience
Certification in Epic Electronic Health Record application(s)
At least Five (5) years leadership experience of Epic Principal Trainers
