Must-have
6-8 years progressive HR experience
Global matrix organization experience
Talent management and compensation expertise
Organizational change and development initiatives
HR data analysis and strategic decision making
Nice-to-have
PHR/SPHR certification
Experience with works councils or unions
Additional language skills for international roles
Strong consulting and influencing capabilities
Ability to travel 10-25% as needed
Key Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 6 years experience OR Bachelor's plus 8 years
Fluency in English required
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
