Job Summary
Facilitates and supports Agile teams by ensuring they follow Scrum principles, removing obstacles, enhancing team collaboration, and ensuring smooth communication.
Acts as a servant leader and facilitator, ensuring Agile principles are embedded across technical and functional workflows, with strong technical awareness of API/ Spring boot Java deliveries & the release process.
To be successful in this role you should have: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), strong understanding of Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence), and technical awareness of authentication systems, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
