The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior Investments Legal attorneys, investment professionals, and external counsel to facilitate transactions and ensure compliance.

Key Requirements
Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school
Fully licensed attorney in good standing
15 or more years of relevant legal experience
Subject matter authority in capital markets or investments
