Job Summary

  • Support the day-to-day operation of all hotel IT systems including PMS, POS, networks, servers, telephony, Wi-Fi, and end-user devices.
  • Assist in maintaining system availability, performance, and security across all hotel departments while ensuring compliance with Accor IT standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues during critical hotel operations and special events.
