As Conference Services Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning and delivery of conferences, meetings, and social events, from confirmation through to post event follow up.
Working closely with Sales, Banquet Operations, and wider hotel teams, you will balance exceptional client care with commercial awareness, identifying opportunities to enhance guest experience while maximising revenue.
