Must-have
5+ years operations leadership in electronics
Deep proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Experience managing contract manufacturers and JDMs
Proven track record in high-mix complex manufacturing
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Nice-to-have
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years operations leadership experience
