Job Summary
This role sits at the heart of our planning, governance, and decision‑making processes — ensuring our priorities across talent, capability, culture, performance, workforce planning, reward and organisational design are aligned, sequenced and delivered effectively.
Lead coordination of planning across the People function, ensuring alignment, robust governance and clear visibility of risks, issues and interdependencies.
