The provider in this role will work to the top of competency providing holistic care to children/adults in family and internal medicine.

Key Requirements
Graduates of an accredited program
1 year advanced practice experience in primary care
Family certification for Nurse Practitioners
Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner
Currently licensed as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
Certification as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Must have arrangements with at least one physician
