Broadcast or telecommunications environment experience
In-depth knowledge of TV distribution systems
Working knowledge of SDI, HD-SDI, ASI signals
Experience with SMPTE 2110 standards
Fibre and satellite based encoding expertise
Ability to work rotating shifts 24/7
Troubleshooting signal quality and routing
Nice-to-have
Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies
Experience leading difficult situations under pressure
