Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
6+ years of progressive compensation experience
Expertise in job evaluation, incentive plan design, and compensation governance
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
Knowledge of FLSA and other relevant labor regulations
