Salary

Base: $35 to $39 per hour; Annual Estimate: $72,800.00 – $81,120.00 USD; Benefits: 401(k) match, Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3 years hands-on Building Automation Systems experience
  • Proficiency with WebCTRL platform
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment control
  • Ability to manage 24/7 operational coverage schedules
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Leadership experience in technical teams
  • Trade School education with HVAC emphasis
  • Experience with multiple BMS platforms
  • Previous CMMS system usage
  • Specialized BAS or HVAC certifications

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of BAS experience
