Must-have
8-10 years HDD industry experience
3+ years leadership or managerial capacity
Expertise in SEM/EDX, FIB, AFM, XPS tools
Knowledge of thin-film deposition and sputtering
Proficiency in JMP, Minitab, or Python for analysis
Nice-to-have
Experience with magnetic recording physics PMR/HAMR
Strong cross-functional partnership skills
Ability to translate data into executive summaries
Key Requirements
Masters or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 8-10 years in the HDD industry
