The Lean Supervisor is responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and lean manufacturing initiatives across factory operations.
This role leads OEE performance analysis, lean project execution, employee engagement initiatives, and standardization efforts to improve production efficiency, equipment utilization, and operational discipline.
Train workshop employees on lean tools and methodologies to build continuous improvement culture.
