Job Summary

  • Support continuity of customer’s mission by modernizing and implementing industry standards while ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of IT systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and deliver an innovative product, service for a combination of products and services that address a customer’s specific requirements.
  • Support an on-call rotation to ensure mission critical services remain operational 24/7/365, typically one full calendar week every 2 months.
