Job Summary

  • Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by manufacturing and installation teams, and ensure that all installations meet KONE’s stringent safety, quality, and process standards.
  • Train employees during site visits and deliver structured training sessions to build local capability.
  • Operate strictly within KONE’s safety requirements and guidelines and ensure all installations comply with global processes as well as customer and partner safety standards.
