Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by manufacturing and installation teams, and ensure that all installations meet KONE’s stringent safety, quality, and process standards.
Train employees during site visits and deliver structured training sessions to build local capability.
Operate strictly within KONE’s safety requirements and guidelines and ensure all installations comply with global processes as well as customer and partner safety standards.
