Responsible for optimizing the performance, lifespan, and safety of facility assets by proactively identifying equipment failures and safety hazards.
Lead systemic improvements to strengthen the 7 pillars of TPM for critical machines including Vacuum Furnace, Coating Cell, and Compressors.
Act as a deputy for the Maintenance Manager and EHS Manager while driving sustainability roadmaps and carbon reduction initiatives.
