Job Summary
Lead strategy, execution and delivery for SAP implementation programs, including S/4HANA implementations or migrations, related modules, integrations and downstream applications.
Build, lead and develop multiple teams, including internal and vendor or partner resources, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management and succession planning.
Implement and continuously improve modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, DevSecOps approaches, release management and production support models.
