Job Summary

  • Responsible for the implementation of operational performance improvement projects for the Program and aligns with the overall vision and values.
  • Collects, analyzes, and reports quality data to the orthopaedic department, health system committees, task forces as well as accreditation programs.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Nursing or Health Care Administration
  • Three years' experience in a healthcare provider organization
  • Demonstrated leadership/management experience
  • Two years' project management experience preferred
  • RN or other clinical licensure preferred
  • Certification in health care quality, patient safety or related preferred
