  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing day to day nursing activities and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide direct nursing care, develop and review resident care plans, and supervise nursing personnel to maintain quality care.
  • Participate in safety, sanitation, staff development, and committee functions to support the nursing service department and resident well-being.

Key Requirements
