Must-have
10+ years EHS experience
Pharmaceutical or chemical process manufacturing
ISO certified EHS Management Systems
Swiss legislation knowledge
German and English proficiency
Nice-to-have
Biologics manufacturing experience
Advanced degree preferred
CSP or CIH certification
Tech savvy with modern data systems
Strong communication skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years progressive EHS experience
Minimum 5 years in pharma/chemical manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, OHS, or Engineering
