The role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving between rooms.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with mobility and personal care
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
