Job Summary
Drive design from 0 to 1, kick off, and scale an enterprise-level AI Accelerator.
Design the end-to-end operating model and medium-to-long-term roadmap for an organization-wide Innovation Camp (Accelerator), ensuring clear themes, selection criteria, governance gates, and measurable outcomes.
Partner closely with Innovation Product and Project Lead on AI project milestones, budgets, resources, and scaled releases - connecting the dots from MVP to operational rollout and continuous improvement.

solid pharmaceutical background

familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, risk, and compliance
