Richlandpa is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the NOC shift to provide routine daily nursing care to residents as per their care plans. The ideal candidate should be a licensed CNA with a minimum of a 10th-grade education, capable of effectively communicating and performing various nursing tasks in a caring environment
Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary.
Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers (bedsores).
