Responsible for the timely, cost-effective placement of the entire projects contracted work in the field, supervising sub-contractors and craft workers.
Ensures all SCIF-related construction activities, including secure enclosures, access control points (ACPs), secure communications infrastructure, and inspection requirements are performed per contract and security specifications.
