  • Conduct timely, thorough, and objective investigations into employee relations and compliance allegations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
