Job Summary
The Student Success Analyst will serve as the primary analyst and assessment specialist responsible for monitoring student success outcomes, supporting retention strategy implementation, and evaluating peer coaching and other targeted interventions.
This position supports UAPB’s strategic focus on improving persistence, retention, and degree completion, particularly for transfer, adult, and post-traditional learners.
The Analyst partners with Enrollment Management, Institutional Effectiveness, Advising, and Student Affairs to ensure that data related to transfer and adult learner success are timely, accurate, actionable, and aligned with institutional priorities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Higher Education, or related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in institutional research, student success analytics, assessment, enrollment management, or related areas in higher education
Demonstrated experience working with student-level data, dashboards, or reporting tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
