Job Summary

  • The Senior Coordinator, Customer Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day execution of comprehensive email marketing and mobile campaigns to drive sales, brand perception, and overall customer engagement for North America Ecommerce, Full Price, and Outlet channels.
  • This position will lead the end-to-end process for email marketing – all creative briefs, including robust storytelling and asset/copy direction, deployment details, promotions/messaging, PDP content, linking strategy, proof review, QA, and versioning for testing/segmentation.
