Key Requirements
BSc Degree in Telecommunications/Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
10+ years of post-graduate experience
experience in construction supervision and delivery of ITS Communications Systems and CCTV systems
experience in overseeing design, implementation, and construction of Urban Traffic Control Systems (TCS)
proven expertise in supervising construction and deployment of CCTV Systems
in-depth knowledge of ITS, TCS, and CCTV design standards
solid experience managing electronics and telecommunications systems
proficiency in relevant computer software applications
prior experience working with local consultants and construction teams
strong written and verbal communication skills in English
