Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Industrial Engineering
  • 5-10+ years work experience
  • Minimum 2 years people management experience
  • Retail operations experience preferred
  • Experience with MOST, MTM or Time and Motion Study Systems
  • Ability to perform risk analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills
