Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10+ years construction management experience
5+ years Trenchless Design or Construction experience
Marine or Trenchless construction experience (HDD, Direct Pipe, Microtunneling)
Experience with alternative delivery projects (design build, EPC)
Experience in key project leadership roles
Experience with win strategies, pricing, and scheduling
Technical writing experience
Understanding of Scheduling, Estimating, and Project Controls Software
