Manage, investigate, analyze, negotiate, and approve major and complex commercial property claims, generally with exposures over $1M or involving specialized losses in Canada and abroad.
Involve and manage internal and external lawyers, consultants, adjusters, accountants, and engineers to confirm coverage, determine liability, and assess damages.
Provide technical guidance and training to regional claims handlers and colleagues on complex claims handling to ensure consistent and effective processing.
