Job Summary

  • Contribute to the engineering of core optimization technology for state-of-the-art AI models on NXP's next-generation edge platforms.
  • Own and evolve production-grade optimization tools, design and implement quantization features, and maintain scalable PTQ/QAT workflows.
  • Act as the technical bridge between AI Research and Hardware Engineering, providing guidance on model accuracy and performance impacts.
