  • As a Shift Engineer, you will be leading and managing a shift team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) and Clinical plant and equipment.
  • The role involves fulfilling the duties of a Control Person and acting as the designated Senior Authorised Person during planned Plant Outages.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant electro-mechanical or power engineering qualifications
  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Previous experience in an Energy from Waste facility or similar setting is highly desirable
  • Prior experience working within a shift rota environment
  • Strong IT literacy with Google Docs and Microsoft Office
