This is a highly collaborative and critical position within South America HR Business Partner organization, working closely with business leadership and other regional HRBPs and specialists.
Key accountabilities include driving the people and organizational strategies to support business priorities and performance for the Industrial Gases organization for Chile, Perú & Ecuador.
The role partners with managers across workforce planning, talent and succession management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance & career development, employee engagement, and diversity, inclusion & belonging.
