In this role, you will shape and drive the people strategy for the organization, partnering closely with senior leaders to align talent, organizational design, and leadership capability with business priorities.
You will collaborate closely with People Operations, L&D, and Talent Acquisition to build scalable systems, strengthen leadership capability, and steward organizational change with care and clarity.
