Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10-15 years sales & management experience
  • Finance industry experience
  • Attained CLI, ILP, HI, FNA qualification
  • Strong business development & HNW experience
  • Technical knowledge of HNW insurance products
  • Proven track record in achieving sales target
  • Effective problem solving, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Broad understanding of compliance issues
  • Ability to travel overseas
