  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver the SM-3 BLK IB ballistic missile defense interceptor to the US and allies, focusing on strategic planning and action to grow manufacturing throughput and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies that grow capacity, improve MRP performance, achieve On-Time-Delivery (OTD), and increase supplier and quality performance.
