Key Requirements
7+ years in business analysis
Australian Citizenship

Experience with implementation or optimisation of Field Service Management systems
Strong understanding of finance and commercial processes
Advanced facilitation, negotiation, and conflict management abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Leadership and mentoring capability
Extensive experience in business process modelling (BPMN 2.0)
Strong background in ERP or finance-related programs
